Who are SYMBIOT as personal data administrator?

SYMBIOT NETWORK is represented by Entropy Genesis Ltd. We respect your online privacy and handle your personal data with care. Our company is careful with the use of the personal information that is collected by way of this mobile application, and takes all measures necessary to ensure the safe usage of your personal data.

Entropy Genesis Ltd is the company that owns the SYMBIOT NETWORK mobile app, and its website. Our company business is software and IT services. Entropy Genesis Ltd is a company situated in the European Union in Sofia, Bulgaria and signed in the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce with UIC 208387565. Our headquarters office address is situated in Bulgaria, Sofia, residence Slatina, Liditse 7 str., apartment 6, Postal Code 1111.

What is personal data?

"Personal data" means any information relating to identifiable natural persons ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more signs specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that physical person;

General terms of our data protection policy

By using Symbiot network mobile application services, Entropy Genesis Ltd will collect and process your personal data.

The personal data is collected and processed by our company in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - the General Data Protection Regulation and the Bulgarian Law of personal data protection since Entropy Genesis Ltd is situated in the European Union in Sofia, Bulgaria and all of these laws are applicable for all Entropy Genesis Ltd users and customers, not only in the territory of the European Union but also outside of it.

When you register through this mobile application, we will ask you to provide personal information. When you request our service, you agree that Entropy Genesis Ltd will collect and register the personal information that you provide.
In this privacy statement we explain what personal data will be collected from you and what do we process, for how long and for what purposes.

We recommend that you read this information carefully so that you know the purposes for which Entropy Genesis Ltd uses your data. This privacy statement further explains your privacy rights and the way you can exercise them according to the General Data Protection Regulation and the legislation of the European Union. If you are under 18 /eighteen/ years old, please review this statement with a parent or guardian, because we consider that your consent is valid given under their supervision.

Each registered user in Symbiot network app, through his username and password has the right to access his / her profile where he / she can correct and update his/her personal data stored by Entropy Genesis Ltd. When the user has user content on the Symbiot network mobile app, publishes comments or sends messages, his/her username and phone number is available to all other users who can send messages and comments to him/her through the electronic messaging system between users. By agreeing to these data protection policies, the user gives explicit consent that the specified data be available to all users of the Symbiot network mobile app.

Entropy Genesis Ltd is not responsible and cannot be held responsible if a Symbiot Network mobile app user is posting maliciously other person’s data by himself, which data he has acquired by his own way, using the Symbiot App, however in any signal of such malicious actions, Entropy Genesis Ltd will immediately take the necessary lawful measures.

Purpose and legal base of personal data use

Entropy Genesis Ltd indicates clearly what information is essential in order to access our services and the information will be used only to sign a civil contract and deliver our services to you. We will not process any personal data for anything except providing our services to you.

The legal base of collecting and using your personal data is signing a civil contract with you and providing our service. Also as a secondary legal base we will require your consent for collecting and using your data so you can be protected of any unauthorized personal data usage.

Your personal data will only be used for the previous described purposes in connection with contracting with you for the use of Entropy Genesis Ltd services.

What personal data we collect

By using our Symbiot Mobile Application we collect minimum personal data to process as personal data administrator in accordance with the EU GDPR and process the following data about you:

forms filled out by you
content of correspondence with us
information from social media when you link to our website

The information you give us may include your name, gender, date of birth, address, e-mail address, company, phone number, credit or debit card info and comments.

II. Information we may automatically collect if you register in our Symbiot mobile app or visit our website and provide this consent:

technical information, including IP address, login information, browser type & version
information about your visit
cookies and other technologies

We may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites operated by Entropy Genesis Ltd or the other information services we provide (communication updates by email, such as newsletters or video flashes). In this case we will have informed you when we collected that data that it may be shared internally and combined with data collected on this website. Your personal data is only passed on to third parties where you have given your consent. Your personal data may be processed by employees of Entropy Genesis Ltd that are explicitly authorized as personal data processors by the personal data administrator.

Your personal data may be collected by AI (artificial intelligence) according to European Union AI ACT I following all legal regulations in the AI field.

Finally, information collected on our mobile app and website may be stored and processed into anonymous statistics or log files for internal use, such as traffic and profile analysis.

What rights do you have as a subject of personal data?

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Bulgarian Law of personal data protection, you have the right to request information about our use of your personal data or decline of certain uses.

Your rights as a personal data subject can be exercised by requesting them on email contact@symbiotnetwork.com. All personal data requests are handled by the manager of Entropy Genesis Ltd – Atanas Dzupin. Your rights as a personal data subject includes:

1. When Entropy Genesis Ltd asks for your consent to process your personal data, you have the right at any time to decide and withdraw that consent, without making the previous process of data unlawful. You may exercise your rights at any time by contacting us on our email address “contact@symbiotnetwork.com”. In case of withdrawing your consent Entropy Genesis Ltd will take action of erasing your personal data from its computer system.

2. You have the right to request a copy of the personal data held by Entropy Genesis Ltd about you, the purpose of the processing and information regarding the recipients of the personal information. We will require proof of identity before fulfilling such requests.

3. You have the right to request rectification or updating of incorrect data and erasure or restriction of some or all of your personal data.

4. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data or the right to transmit those data.

5. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory data protection authority, which in our case is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection in accordance with the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

6. You have the right not to be the subject of solutions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

7. You have the right to be forgotten – that right includes the option for you to require all data stored for you to be permanently erased.

8. You have the right to refuse your personal data to be used for a direct marketing. Entropy Genesis Ltd will conduct direct marketing only with your explicit consent for that.

Personal data storage period

Your personal data is kept in our data computer databases only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, but no longer than 10 /ten/ years. If you are still using our services in 10 years you will be prompted for consent once more by Entropy Genesis Ltd.
We will save and use your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services to you, until you delete your account in Symbiot mobile app. When you are unsubscribed for our services, we will keep your account open along with your personal data until you decide to delete it. We do this only for your comfort, in case you decide to subscribe again and re-activate your account in the Symbiot mobile app. We will keep your personal data and your account open up to 1 /one/ year after you have unsubscribed and then we will delete it along with your personal data, even if you have not requested deletion.

Personal data transfer outside EEA

Your personal data will be stored and saved digitally in Entropy Genesis Ltd computer system databases on servers that can be situated in any country where Entropy Genesis Ltd has members. Your personal data can be stored and processed in any country where Entropy Genesis Ltd has members. That can include countries outside of the European Union.

Entropy Genesis Ltd personal data security

We know how important your personal data is and the Acts of its protection, so we have taken all measures to ensure the highest level of security of our computer system. The personal data of our contractors and customers is stored in our computer system database.

Entropy Genesis Ltd maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures in such a manner that processing of your personal data will meet the requirements of the Regulation and ensure the protection of the rights of the Data Subjects.

Entropy Genesis Ltd has in place technical and organizational measures against authorized and unlawful processing, and shall on a regular basis evaluate and adjust if required, the appropriateness of the Security Measures.

More in particular, Entropy Genesis Ltd has taken the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, according to Article 32 of the Regulation.

In assessing the appropriate level of security, account has to be taken in particular of the risks that are presented by processing, in particular from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, authorized disclosure of, or access to Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.

Entropy Genesis Ltd has implemented, amongst others, but not limiting to, the following general physical, logical, technical and organizational security measures:

VPS Server, with limited access only to Entropy Genesis Ltd employees and server administrators. Backup function of the server.

Any material changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to review this privacy policy often to stay informed of changes or updates that may affect you, as your continued use of the website signifies your continuing consent to be bound by this privacy policy.
